“GO GREEN!” They say, and I agree. Let’s get some more of those nutrient dense, green chlorophyl full veggies in our belly like, ASAP. Been just loving brussels sprouts lately and broccoli is always a protein packed favorite! Please enjoy this healthy bite!
Two cups broccoli florets
Two cups brussels sprouts halves (make sure to trim off the stem too!)
2-4 TBS olive oil
3 chopped garlic cloves
Brags amazing kelp seasoning (or italian seasoning mix)
Himalayan sea salt
Ground black pepper
Prep the Broccoli, brussels sprouts and garlic, throw into a bowl
Add the oil and seasoning and mix everything up well for an even coating.
Cook at 350 until you start to see some browning (about 20 minutes) then broil for 5 or until the tops are crispy
