No, but really, isn’t it just one of your favorite times of the year? All the pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin bread, pumpkin pies… PUMPKIN. There are also tons of other wonderful things this time of the year like the trees changing color, scarfs, butternut squash and other comfort foods… like pumpkin. Uh… anyway, in honor of this gorgeous Autumn I want to post some of my favorite Fall recipes and articles. Sometimes things get posted and then disappear forever among the many other post each month. I would like to revive them so you can enjoy them in your kitchen!
Each day this week I will be adding one recipe to this post, so keep checking back, along with a FALL tab in the food section of my blog! It’s important to eat seasonal as well as to be able to find your favorite foods. I hope you enjoy!
Now these are something special. This was a meal I made for myself last year just because. *If you cannot tolerate cheese, go without or put something else in like vegan cheese or a creamy cashew sauce*. This might be considered more of a winter recipe, but I was just to excited to share it with you right now so here it is! This is a rich, gourmet type dish with bold balanced flavors out of my comfort zone, so I hope you enjoy! Click the link above for the recipe.
This recipe inspiration came from a vegan restaurant I tried a while back. Rich warm flavors coupled with the perfect spice blend and creaminess made me know I had to re-create it for myself! Here is the finished product! Sweet potatoes, peanuts, garbanzo beans and more; this recipe will keep you warm and full!
Take breaks from coffee! There is a balance. I completely gave up coffee, and now I drink it on occasion. Coffee can be very hard on your body but it is also ok to indulge especially if you replace it with something healthier. I like tea ok, but Crio Bru by far has been my favorite coffee replacement, especially with all the health benefits it provides! Check out the link before for more information.
Stay tune for more!
