I want to share something with you.

Not pictures is the ground organic pork I sautéed in the juice from my fajitas!!!
1 red onion
2 green peppers
Cooked in 2tbs coconut oil
With salt, pepper and a little Cajun spice or whatever you want really. It’s pretty easy!!
Any ground meat cooked in your left over FAJITA juice;)
Giant lettuce leaf = one taco shell
1 tomato dices
1tbs minced garlic
1 small handful chopped cilantro
Garlic salt,, oregano, touch cumin, pepper and 1/4 lemon squeezed (be adventurous and try a lime!
Multiply recipe times the number of peeps!!
That’s it !! It’s a 30-40 minute dinner with cleaning up while you cook;)
